Meet Trinity

You wake up to the daily grind again. Bleary-eyed and groggy, you can’t function without your coffee. By noon, you’re on your third cup. You’re always busy, on the go, but never seem to get anything done. Forced to sit in that chair all day when your body is antsy, twitchy, and wants to run. From what? You have no idea. It feels like there are cobwebs in your veins. You spend your nights worrying about the bills piling up at home, and the bleak, meaningless way you earn money to pay them. You feel so underwater. You press on, despite all odds, and you’ll wake up and do it all over again, tomorrow, and the next day, and the next.

Three words that describe me best are kind, empathic, and open. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and gently challenged in service of your growth. My therapeutic approach is rooted in a Buddhist understanding of suffering—its origins, its patterns, and how we can relate to it with compassion and awareness.
