I’m passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of life, relationships, and personal growth. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

I specialize in marriage and relationship counseling, trauma recovery, and life transitions. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Narrative Therapy, the Gottman Method, and EMDR, to provide a personalized and effective treatment plan. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, whether you're dealing with communication issues, betrayal, conflict management, or navigating the challenges of blended families and parenting.

I also offer specialized counseling for pre and post-partum experiences, helping individuals and couples adjust to the emotional changes that come with pregnancy and early parenthood. I believe in integrating faith-based principles when appropriate, empowering clients to find healing and strength from both spiritual and practical perspectives.

My work also includes helping clients through discernment counseling, addressing sex and intimacy concerns, and offering guidance for premarital preparation.
